On May 22nd, H.E. Ambassador Lawrence Manzi presented His Letter of Credence to H.E. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Lula), President of Brazil. Ambassador reaffirmed the Embassy's obligation to act as a bridge between the two nations, promote cultural exchange, facilitate diplomatic dialogue, and offer consular services, among other responsibilities.
